Unfortunately, you can no longer use your scooter because you have lost your key cards. You are free to remove the MDB yourself; otherwise, we will find a workshop for you or send our service team.

1. Please send us your MDB by post (it's best to have it removed by a workshop beforehand).
2. We'll reset it and you'll receive 2 new key cards.
3. We will send the MDB back to you or your workshop.
   
4. Their workshop reinstalls it according to the AW/h (labor unit/hour) and off we go. UNU Fun.

Since this product is a digital software update, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with §356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
